Broadclyst Theatre Group presents Wyrd Sisters

Outdoor theatre: Mr Stink

EXHIBITIONS

Dartmoor Life in the First World War
Dartmoor National Park Visitor Centre, Princetown
The highly acclaimed Dartmoor Life in the First World War exhibition at the National Park Visitor Centre in Princetown continues until 9 September.  Those who visit the exhibition over the next week can also see Belstone’s A Village Vicar Remembers the War which will be running alongside the main display until 1 August. The National Park Visitor Centre Princetown is open every day, 10am to 5pm, with free admission.

Forgotten Wartime Wrecks
Cullompton services on the M5 (Junction 28): Old Station Yard, Old Station Road, Cullompton
Cullompton services is currently home to a fascinating exhibition which looks to raise the profile of under-represented aspects of the First World War. The temporary display, which runs until December 18th, offers a great chance to view recovered artefacts and learn about some of the lesser-known, but compelling, stories of the Great War. http://forgottenwrecks.org/

Devon Art Society Summer Exhibition
St Annes Hall, Babbacombe Road, Babbacombe.
Members of the Devon Art Society will be displaying their finest works. The exhibition covers classical themes with floral, still-life, figurative and landscape as well as seascape subject matters. There will also be some abstracts but much of the work covers beautiful scenes of the West Country. You will be able to enjoy some high quality paintings large and small at affordable prices.  Visitors are welcome to talk with the artists to share their impressions as several artists will be present throughout the exhibition. The show runs from Saturday 1 August through until Sunday 16 August and admission is free.
