The number of UK schools with international links has gone downhill since Brexit kicked in and the UK government’s decision to opt out of the Erasmus+ study scheme.

Free Soapbox Science talks in Exeter

Fish on painkillers, the power of tiny shrimps and late-night snacking by bumblebees are just some of the subjects on offer at this year's Soapbox Science in Exeter.

A talented Exeter School pupil has been selected for the prestigious National Youth Theatre. Emily who is in Year Ten, is taking Drama at GCSE and recently started LAMDA acting lessons which are offered at school. Devon and Cornwall receive £1.8m funding boost to support thousands of people into skilled jobs

Devon County Council and Cornwall Council have been awarded £1.8 million funding from the Department for Education’s National Skills Fund to run a third year of Skills Bootcamps .

The Train4Tomorrow Skills Bootcamps are flexible courses lasting up to 16 weeks, that offer adults the opportunity to retrain into in-demand job roles in emerging and growth sectors. People can learn about Ukraine’s spectacular culture and language at a new University of Exeter course.

It will be led by Iryna Ilnytska, originally from Ukraine, and is designed to help people begin to communicate in Ukrainian.
