Redrow Homes will open a new West Country division on 1st July 2014 from new premises on Pynes Hill in Exeter, as it looks to further extend its operations in the south west of England.

Currently celebrating its 40th year, Redrow Homes is one of the UK’s leading house builders, operating across England and Wales, with a strong emphasis on high quality family housing in prime locations.

Covering the Somerset, Devon and Cornwall counties, the West Country Division will be headed up by newly promoted Regional Director, Keith Miller. Keith is joined by an experienced team; a combination of Redrow employees, who have relocated from other parts of the UK to front up the team, along with new recruits from all disciplines. The new division will employ around 40 office staff from director to apprentice level and will create many new jobs in the region for subcontractors and suppliers.

Keith Miller, previously Commercial Director at Redrow’s Bristol office, said:

“Our success in the South West has led to our expansion and establishment of a West Country division, with headquarters in Exeter."

“We have already established an excellent team of experienced and talented individuals to oversee the land acquisition, technical, commercial and sales departments. I am confident, with Redrow’s high quality product, kerb appeal and intrinsic commitment to customer service, the business can meet its ambitious growth targets.”

Current Redrow schemes to be managed by Redrow (West Country) include:

  • Bagley Green, Wellington
  • Mitchell Park, Chard
  • Otter Grange, Ottery St Mary
  • College Park, Bideford
  • Clifton Heights, Holsworthy
  • The Harringtons, Exeter
  • The Fairways, Newton Abbot
  • Vision, Devonport

Best known for premium quality, family homes, Redrow builds almost 3,000 homes across England and Wales each year and following the opening of the new West Country office there will be a total of eleven regional divisions.
