Perfect 10 for Sapphire team
Exeter’s leading kitchen and bathroom showroom has been awarded a perfect 10.
The highly respected Kitchens Bedrooms and Bathrooms magazine (KBB) recently carried out a secret shopper survey in the city and gave Sapphire Living Space top marks.
And proud owners Mark Newbery and Ross Pollard were delighted to be told that this was only the second time a maximum score had been achieved in the past 30 years.
Mark said the team had been flattered by the praise.
“It’s obviously great to receive such a high commendation from a respected and independent publication such as KBB but when we were told it was only the second 10 out of 10 they had awarded in 30 years, we were blown away,” he added.
“This is a wonderful accolade and a reflection upon the strength and depth of the team here.”
The magazine said in its summary of the visit: “If you think buying a kitchen or bathroom should be both enjoyable and informative, then head to Sapphire for a masterclass in intelligent, customer-friendly service.”
Sapphire Living Space is the exclusive South West stockist of hand-crafted bulthaup kitchens as well as a wide range of furniture and bathroom products synonymous with innovation and design.
The 3,500sq ft showroom opened in August 2012 at the Dart Business Park, Topsham.
It is owned and run by Mark, who had worked in property development and sales, and Ross, who had worked as a kitchen fitter and designer. The pair had previously worked together on several projects.
In a bid to boost the local economy and offer something different, Sapphire Living Space has focused on bringing a higher level of quality and luxury products to the South West, products that had previously only been available outside the region.
