Optix Solutions promotes Paul Lawrence to Director of Design

Exeter digital marketing agency Optix Solutions has promoted Paul Lawrence to Director of Design after his successful first year with the company.

In this new role, Paul is responsible for directing Optix Solutions’ design offering, ensuring the agency’s studio output delivers against its proposition to ‘engage, support and delight customers at every touchpoint’.

The promotion stems from his outstanding contribution to the design department over the past year, implementing client discovery sessions in a team, brand design from the ground up or evolutionary, through to Digital UX wireframe and interface design. Accounts Paul has contributed to include an ongoing campaign for Michael Spiers, rebrand for CA Tech Talent and supporting on mental health service NHS TalkWorks campaign specifically targeting males.

Supported by the in-house marketing team, Paul also spearheaded a recent re-brand for Optix including the launch of a new website.

His 25-year design career to date has included heavyweight stints as Lead Designer for Virgin Media, Mercedes-Benz and most recently Nvidia, for whom he created and evolved branded digital projects, as well as designing and developing digital campaigns across responsive web, social and campaign platform.
