Michelmores' well-established private wealth practice in the South West has been awarded the top accolade in the Chambers High Net Worth rankings for its work in Exeter and the surrounding area.  It was noted that "they're expert at what they do and they combine that with a very good level of personal service. Clients have confidence that there is strength and depth there; they can call on a wide range of specialists."

Jonathan Riley, Head of the Private Wealth team, has been recognised as being "at the top of his field" with an individual first place ranking. He has been commended for his personal rapport with clients; "he's a good listener, he empathises well and explains complex things in an easy to understand manner. He gives clients a lot of confidence."

Sandra Brown, who heads up the Bristol Private Wealth team, has also been ranked in the top tier, with the recognition of her exceptional level of experience in the field; "there's very little she hasn't advised on, so she can weigh up a situation very quickly." The Bristol team has been ranked in tier 3 for their work advising individuals and families on estate and succession planning, including the creation and restructuring of trusts.

Exeter based Partner, Will Michelmore, has once again been recognised as "an excellent all-round private client lawyer" with a tier 2 ranking.  "He's very experienced and very, very knowledgeable," reports a market insider.

Jonathan Riley, Head of the Private Wealth team, said, "To have achieved several first-class accolades, for not only the practice but individuals, in the new Chambers High Net Worth guide is a fantastic demonstration of the strength and experience of our team."
