The South West Business Expo, the leading business showcase in the South West and second largest in the UK, today announced a partnership for the upcoming event in November 2019.

Marvellous PR, one of the region’s leading PR, social media and content marketing agencies, will become the (PR) partner to the Expo which showcases and celebrates the Business Community from across the Region which now moves into its 8th year.

The annual Expo takes place at Westpoint Arena, Exeter, and provides an enormous platform for businesses to grow and prosper. Free to attend, it offers delegates the chance to network with a large variety of business owners, as well as to gain valuable free business advice and support from a wide range of organisations and speakers. Key exhibitors so far include Flybe, St Austell Printing, Intellectual Property Office, South Western Railways and Vospers.

Managing Director of South West Business Connections and organiser of the event, Dave Barr, said: “The aim of the Expo is to bring businesses together from across the South West to grow connections both within the region and further afield. We are delighted to welcome Marvellous PR to our team - a business that has demonstrated much success and growth itself in the last year. 2019’s Expo looks set to be even bigger than last years’ event which saw more than 3,500 business people attend and visit the 215 exhibitors. We have completely smashed our targets for exhibitor booking so far this year and it is safe to say that we expect over 280 exhibitors and nearly 4,000 people attending on the day.”

Lucy Matthews, the founder of Marvellous PR and author of the Amazon best seller on PR for entrepreneurs, ‘A marvellous Reputation’ said: “We’re proud to lend our support to such a prestigious business Expo in the South West’s growing and thriving business community.

“More and more businesses are moving to the South West in order to make the most of a location that is full of brilliant and ambitious people, and combine it with a healthy life-work balance. It is a very exciting time for businesses in the South West and we are delighted to be a part of that growth.”

The eight annual expo takes place on Wednesday 20th November from 09.30 to15.30. The event will include a range of speakers including so far CEO of BBX UK John Attridge, and CEO of IntouchCRM James White with more to be confirmed very soon.
