Central College of Animal Studies are proud to open the doors of their new Centre in Exeter in preparation for their first cohort of students in September.

The newly refurbished centre is located in Matford and has spacious facilities to enable the delivery of the highest quality of veterinary nurse training, supported by our experienced teaching staff.

The College, having achieved approval from Central Qualifications (CQ), offers the Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing course, delivered over a three year full or part time work-based programme, enabling students to develop the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills to prepare for a successful veterinary nursing career.

Central College of Animal Studies has three other training centres in Suffolk, Kent and Bristol, all of which deliver the Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, together with Veterinary Nursing Assistant and Behaviour courses.

Central College of Animal Studies Head of Centres, Ella Canham, says “We are committed to providing comprehensive programmes that fully equip students with the practical skills and knowledge for successful careers in veterinary practice and continued professional development. We are excited about the opening of our new Centre in Exeter which provides more students with the opportunity to study veterinary nursing programmes alongside our existing successful centres.”

The Centre is holding an Open Day on Thursday 23rd March from 12pm-7pm for prospective students and veterinary practices interested in finding out more about veterinary nurse training. Anyone who would like to meet the team and see what the Centre has to offer, contact enquiries@ccoas.org.uk or telephone the Head Office on 01359 243405.
