Essential traffic signal works in Exeter
Essential maintenance work is due to start today (Tuesday 28 February) on traffic signals at two junctions in Exeter.
Traffic signals, poles and electrics at the junction of Pinhoe Road, Hamlin Lane and Beacon Lane, and the junction of Queen Street and Paul Street are being replaced as part of a Devon County Council scheme to upgrade signals which have reached the end of their serviceable life.
Repairs will also be carried out on cable ducting where required.
Temporary traffic signals will be in place throughout the duration of the scheme which is expected to be completed on Friday 24 March.
