‘Loose Ladies Lifestyle’ takes a fresh approach to losing weight. Connecting and collaborating with other women to empower you to take responsibility for your life, your lifestyle and your life choices.

Paola Royal, a Qualified Physiotherapist and Consultant Nutritionist and Shirley Anne Fison experienced Business Woman launched ‘Loose Ladies Lifestyle’ in January 2015 in Topsham, Exeter.

The mission of Loose Ladies Lifestyle is simply, ‘To help ladies lose weight – by feeling great, having fun and making new friends in a very relaxed, enjoyable and supportive way’. Weekly evening meetings include subjects such as mindfulness, nutrition and relaxation, connecting ladies to the core essence of looking good and feeling better through healthy eating and increased energy.

Paola explains: “We look at the whole person - mind and body. We are passionate about helping ladies feel great, look great and enjoy their life by taking back control.

Our groups are limited to 10 people to keep it personal and friendly. We understand that weight loss is not as simple as just “going on a diet” there are many different aspects to losing weight and it’s not a case of one size fits all.

"We address everyone as an individuals as what suits one lady may not suit her friend. Dieting is not the answer, as if it was that simple there would not be hundreds of thousands of people suffering with weight and weight related problems”.

Barbara Leppert, testifies that Loose Ladies Lifestyle has changed her life! “Loose Ladies is a small group where we talk about nutrition, exercise, and anything we feel would help us to lose the weight and be more healthy, the best part is – no dieting!, just eating healthy foods and finding the best exercise for us the individual.

"It is great to make new friends which makes losing weight fun. Each week we have amazing speakers. I can thoroughly recommend joining one of the Groups. It’s changed my life”
