England’s Seafood FEAST is set to return to the English Riviera in beautiful south Devon this autumn, from 29 September to 15 October. The two-week celebration of world-renowned local seafood will see the towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay join forces to host a seafood feast like no other, giving visitors the chance to join the locals and experience some of the best seafood in the world, right where it’s landed. Highlights include everything from fine dining to street food and seafood celebration suppers to guest chef events.

Enrique Ruiz Cano is an English language teaching specialist who currently works for a state Primary school in Spain (CEIP Nuestra Senora de la Fuensanta from Beniajan in the Murcia region of south eastern Spain). He has also taught in a wide range of summer school in the UK up and down the country. What’s more, he has family links in Norfolk and Kent which he considers his second homes.

Exeter Airport announces Exeter-Belfast City Airport route

Exeter Airport is to see the introduction of a service to Belfast City Airport from 28 August 2020 it was announced today.

Stobart Air, operator of Aer Lingus Regional, will base five ATR72-600 aircraft at Belfast City Airport.

The airline will operate up to 4 weekly return flights from Exeter Airport to Belfast City Airport this autumn with fares starting from £34.99 one way including taxes.

This commencement of this new route marks the only flight from Exeter to the island of Ireland with Aer Lingus Regional as a new airline at Exeter Airport.

Exeter College U18 Academy to play for England at prestigious World Rugby Youth Tournament in Japan

Exeter College’s U18 Academy has once again been invited to represent England Schools and Colleges, competing with teams from around the world, at the prestigious ‘Sanix World Youth Invitational U18 Rugby Tournament’ to be held in Japan this spring.

The event, hosted by the Japan Rugby Union, takes place in Fukuoka from 26th April – 6th May 2019. The Exeter squad is set to take on teams from Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, France and Wales. In total there will be 10 international teams at the tournament competing over a 10-day period.

Double England call up for Exeter School cricketers

Well done to Exeter School alumnus Ben Green and Lower Sixth Former Tom Lammonby for their selection into the England U19 test and one-day squads this summer.

Both Exeter School players have been representing Exeter Cricket Club in the Premier Division as well as playing for Somerset.

Ben has been called up for two four-day matches against India, with Tom selected for a five-match Royal London One-Day Series. Tom has also been invited to play for an invitational XI versus India at Loughborough.
