It’s a Knock Out is returning to this year in aid of FORCE Cancer Charity on Saturday 2nd September at Topsham Rugby Club. Come and take part in this amazing day – teams of 10 are needed to take part.

The entry will be capped at 72 teams – 720 participants who must be over 17 years of age.

12 wet and dry obstacles will be used in the games to jump over, jump through and run around! All you need to bring is a sense of humour, fancy dress, a tent, a mascot and a joker!!!
