Join Dartmoor National Park at Devon County Show on 21-23 May 2015 in the Country Life and Woodland area.

At the Show this year DNP will be launching their new Granite and Gears cycling code, packed with useful information for those who love to cycle in the National Park.

You'll also be able to pick up two free Granite and Gears off road route guides to help you make the most of cycling on Dartmoor.

Andrew Watson, Head of Recreation, Access and Estates said: "The Devon County Show is a great venue to be launching the new Granite and Gears cycling code, developed following discussions with cycling groups and local communities and reflecting the increased popularity for both on road cycling and off road routes.

"The code explains where you can and cannot ride within the National Park and includes advice on riding safety and helping keep Dartmoor special, respecting the environment and reducing the impact of erosion."

Dartmoor National Park's new look outreach vehicle, with stunning Dartmoor graphics, will be parked at the Dartmoor National Park stand from which visitors can pick up a wealth of Dartmoor information including Enjoy Dartmoor 2015 – a great full colour free magazine – and have a chance to enter the Sleeping with Sharks competition (offered in partnership with the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth).

Take the family along on Saturday 23 May and join in a great free Ranger Ralph activity, making friendship bracelets from twine produced from Dartmoor wool.

Dartmoor National Park's knowledgeable staff will be on hand every day of the show to answer your Dartmoor questions and help you make the most of your visit to the Show and to Dartmoor National Park.

Trade stand opening hours are 9am – 6.30pm over each of the three days (21 – 23 May).
