The Exeter Daily Competition Terms and Conditions

PROMOTER’S NAME AND ADDRESS
: The Daily (UK) Limited (Company number: 08195930) whose registered office address is at 6 Northernhay Place, Exeter EX4 3QJ.

CURRENT OPEN COMPETITIONS:

Win a pair of tickets to The Contemporary Craft Festival at Bovey Tracey

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

START DATE: 
This promotion will start on Wednesday 30 April 2014.

The Exeter Daily has one pair of tickets to give away, worth £16 - day ticket - and is for two adults.

HOW TO ENTER: All you have to do for the chance of winning is to email your name and a contact telephone number to ted@thedailyuk.com.  The winner will be chosen at random at noon on Friday 23 May 2014. Tickets to be collected at the entrance on your chosen day of attendance. 

Competition is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland excluding persons professionally connected to the promotion.

PRIZE(S)
The prizes are as follows: There will be a total of one (1) winning entry. The prize is described above. 
No purchase necessary.

CLOSING DATE: The competition ends on Friday 23 May 2014 at 12:00noon GMT and any entrants made after then will not be included.

SELECTION OF THE WINNER: 
The winner will be selected at random from all entries correctly submitted by 12noon on 23 May 2014 in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entrants accept that, if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes. By entering entrants agree to receive TheExeterDaily newsletter with the e-mail they provide. To opt out of the newsletter participants must write ‘opt out’ in the main body of their e-mail when they enter. A winner will be selected at random after the closing date. No correspondence will be entered into.

NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE(S): 
 The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours after the competition has ended. The winner has 48 hours to confirm the prize. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of such notification, then Round Table reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

There is no limit on the number of entries per person. However, entrants will only be entitled to win once.

The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.

The prizes are non-transferable and exclude any additional costs and expenses. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prizes above.

RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 
The Exeter Daily competitions are open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over as at the start date, except those who at any time between the start date and the closing date are employees of the promoter, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.

DATA PRIVACY: 
The promoter will process your data in accordance with its privacy policy www.theexeterdaily.co.uk/privacy-policy.  In addition, the promoter may like to share your information with other companies so that they may send you information about their products and services, by telephone, email and SMS. If you do not agree to your information being shared in this way, please indicate so in your email entry.

GENERAL: The name of the winners may be be published at www.theexeterdaily.co.uk for one week after closing date. You may want to print a copy of these rules to keep for your reference. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
