“Tricep Tyranny”, “Hurdles from Hell”, “Muddy Dunk” and “Son of a Bitch Ditch”. If these strike you as a good way to spend a day, then ROCKSOLID is for you! There’s a challenge for all with 5k, 10k or 20k routes where you will conquer fear, work as a team and push yourself to the limits to become a ROCKSOLID race champion.

ROCKSOLID takes place at the beautiful Escot Park on 25-26 March 2017 and Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF) is looking for participants to join TEAM ELF!  The charity has FREE spaces for fundraisers and also is putting on a FREE bootcamp for all ELF participants with Revolution Sports Physio.

Ex- Chiefs’ Chris Bentley who is taking part in the challenge says: “Being a part of the ELF team at the ROCKSOLID race last year was both rewarding and challenging. Rewarding as a dear friend who suffers from leukeamia has testified first hand just how helpful they are. Challenging as I’m not really built for covering distance or obstacles but the team we had made sure nobody was left behind and smiles were aplenty all the way round. Having made it through the 15k last term,  I’m taking the plunge and aiming to get my 19 stone frame around the full 20k so don’t hesitate, get signed up for a really worthwhile challenge while doing a lot of good!”

Have you got what it takes to join Team ELF?

You can run on Saturday or Sunday, get friends together as a team, join the ELF team or run as an individual – however you like to get muddy there’s an option for you.

There are two entry options to join Team ELF –

2. Buy your own place and set your own fundraising target.
