Known for his work with the progressive rock group Yes, Steve Howe has also been a member of The Syndicats, Bodast, Tomorrow, Asia and GTR, as well as having released many highly acclaimed solo albums.

Steve Howe started playing the guitar over 50 years ago in the 1960′s “guitar boom”, when he began to experiment with different styles of guitar playing. This led him to diversify and add jazz, classical, folk and country to his interest in rock, pop and blues, leading to the style of playing that he is renowned for.

Recently, Yes and Asia have been highly active at the same time, which meant that Steve had limited time to perform tours featuring his ‘favoured’ guitar approach. For this gig, he plays some of his more familiar pieces plus several new tunes like Solitaire  from Yes’s Fly From Here album, The Golden Mean and others from Motif , plus various arrangements of Yes songs and other tunes he’s picked up along the way. A few stories and songs thrown in for good measure should ensure a great evening.

Tickets: £17.
