Adam Stansfield played professional football for, Yeovil Town, Hereford Utd and Exeter City. The Foundation was set up after his premature death in August 2010, from Bowel Cancer. Our aim is to raise awareness of Bowel Cancer and to help give young people the unique opportunity to develop life skills, through the power of football and to assist them in their goals of living the dream.
