Devon is jam-packed with fun things to do for all the family. Here’s Visit Devon’s round up of Easter Egg Trails, Eggstravaganzas and all things Easter Bunny related!

 

Easter Bunny Dive Show at Living Coasts

The Easter Bunny will be making an appearance with Penguins this Easter at Living Coasts, Torquay. On Wednesday 8th April at 11.30 am and 3.00 pm, watch the Easter Bunny and his helpers as they swim with the penguins and offer Easter enrichment to the playful birds underwater. With the chance to win prizes and take part in Easter bingo this is a fun event for all. No booking required and included in standard admission. Ticket prices Adult £10.50 Child £7.65. Cockington Court Easter Activities

On the 5th and 6th April Cockington Court will be running exciting events from 10am – 4pm starting with an Easter Egg Trail. Participants follow the clues to find the bunny letters in order to win a tasty chocolate treat! There will also be a 'Draw Cockington Court' competition for children and young adults between the ages of 5-11 & 12-18. The winning entry will have their design made into 'official' Cockington Court merchandise and will spend a day with the Cockington Court chocolatier!  Telephone 01803 607230.

 

Easter Egg Trails at Coleton Fish Acre

From 28th March to 12th April visitors to Coleton Fish Acre can follow the Easter trail around the gardens to find a Cadbury Egghead. There will also be lots of fun Easter things to see and do. The Easter Egg Trail is priced at £2.00 in addition to National Trust admission. Telephone 01803 842382.

The Big Sheep Easter Family Breakfast and Egg Trail

Enjoy an Easter breakfast with all the family followed by a magical Easter egg trail at the BIG Sheep on Friday 3rd and Monday 6th April at 8.30 am. With a choice of a full English Breakfast or selection of cereal, yoghurts, fruit, pastries and hot cross buns, it’s the perfect way to start the day before some magical Easter egg fun. After breakfast the Easter Bunny and Woolly the Big Sheep mascot will lead the way in search of mini chocolate eggs. At the end of the trail every child will be given a large chocolate egg to take home. Adults priced at £18.00 and children priced at £12.00 which also includes full day admission. The Bicton Bunny Hunt

Join in the Easter Bunny Hunt on Sunday 5th and Monday 6th April 2015 at Bicton Botanical Gardens.  Meet Mr. B Bunny for magic, fun and games and take part in the Easter colouring competition. There will be chocolate Eggs for all Children and all Easter activities are included in the daily admission price with Members free. Day Ticket Admissions Adults £8.95 Child £7.95. Escot Park Easter Egg Hunt

From Saturday 28th March 2015 - Sunday 12th April 2015 there is Easter family fun to be enjoyed at Escot Park and during Easter weekend there will be a Golden Easter Egg Hunt. Set in 220 acres of stunning private parkland in the heart of East Devon, Escott has a world-class maze and a host of animals including birds of prey, otters and wild boar, red squirrels, a Termite Pavilion and seahorses. There’s also forest play areas, a drop slide and Saxon village. The Easter egg hunt will involve clue sheets to help visitors find the chocolate eggs hidden around the park. A prize and certificate will be awarded for every completed clue sheet. During Easter weekend there will be special golden Easter eggs containing a prize hidden around the park! Saltram Easter Egg Trails

Saltram House in Plympton, Plymouth, is hosting its annual Easter egg trail. Just as Saltram’s very own fifth Earl of Morley, Monty Parker, famously explored the gardens, Visitors can eggs’plore Saltram’s marvellous gardens too in search of chocolate eggs!
