Exeter is the second most pet-friendly UK city

Norwich has been named the most pet-friendly UK city for a city break according to new research.

Howden Insurance analysed Airbnb and Booking.com property listings available over a weekend (Friday to Sunday), to discover which UK towns and cities have the highest percentage of properties which allow guests to bring their pets.

The ten most pet-friendly UK towns and cities are outlined below:

Two fifths of Brits take after their parents' money habits

When it comes to budgeting and spending patterns, over two fifths (43%) of Brits say their parents have been their biggest influencer on their money behaviour while one in 10 (11%) attribute this to their partner, that’s according to new analysis from Santander UK.

Interestingly, 40 million people (78%) believe that being good with money is a learned behaviour that anyone can pick up with practice. The study, which investigates the savings habits of the nation, also reveals that over a quarter of Brits (28 %) say they overspend on a weekly basis, by a collective £788 million each...

Mush is a new free app that connects mums with other local, like-minded mums and generates friendships.

During half term families can join the East Devon Countryside Rangers at Seaton Wetlands on Tuesday 14 February 2017 for a day of fun learning how to make gardens more wildlife friendly, followed by bird watching for children.

During the Wildlife Gardening event, which will take place between 10am to 2pm, one of the Countryside Rangers will demonstrate willow coppicing and refreshments will be served from the Discovery Hut.
