The Devon County Show is delighted to offer 20-year-old Ned Riley a platform to showcase his passion and knowledge for bugs and reptiles, which he has fostered since he was a toddler. Devon & Cornwall Police have announced the arrival of a motorcycle simulator, which will be used to engage with inexperienced riders, in an effort to reduce the risk of motorcycle-related deaths and serious injuries on the roads.

Motorcyclists are one of the most vulnerable road user groups. Despite making up just 1% of total traffic, motorcyclists account for almost 21% of road deaths in Devon and Cornwall.

Visit England has announced that Devon and Partners have achieved a new Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) accreditation for the county.

Norwich has been named the most pet-friendly UK city for a city break according to new research.

Howden Insurance analysed Airbnb and Booking.com property listings available over a weekend (Friday to Sunday), to discover which UK towns and cities have the highest percentage of properties which allow guests to bring their pets.

Citizens Advice is reporting that average energy costs are as high as last winter for many households , and that despite energy prices falling this month, around 5.3 million people are currently living in households in debt to their energy supplier.
