The third It Happened Here event ran on Thursday 29th September at Camper Coffee in the heart of McCoy's Arcade on Fore Street. Set up as a quarterly collective gathering, the evening was well attended by over 120 local and small business owners and aspiring individuals from Exeter and beyond. A range of businesses attended and the evening provided a great informal occasion for people to get to know each other.

Guests enjoyed a complimentary glass of "Glasgow Punch" courtesy of Camper Coffee, a delicious range of canapés from Cockleshell Deli and the evenings soundtrack of funk and soul was courtesy of DJ Reverend Ike. Event Founder Linley Lewis introduced the evening, followed by Camper Coffee's co-founder, Gary Maddick, who shared his story.

A variety of local businesses helped make the event a success, including Illicit design who helped co-host and also designed the promotional flyer. Stormpress were the print partner, with Click Hub managing social media and Attention Media managing PR.

It Happened Here is hosted quarterly with each event taking place at a unique venue. The next event is scheduled for Wednesday 7th December. For event details or to find out more, follow @ihhcollective.
