Next Sunday, 30 brave participants from Exeter and beyond, will be dusting off their trainers and perfecting their shimmying at 'The Ultimate Danceathon' for Cancer Research UK. Three local instructors will be joining forces to deliver three hours of dance fitness. Included in the day will be the ever-popular 'Zumba', up-and-coming Bollywood fitness sensation 'Just Jhoom!', and 'Swagga Fit'; a fantastic new workout developed by the local 'Vibes Dance Company'!

'The Ultimate Danceathon' will be taking place at Active Fitness near Topsham, and places are still available for anyone who fancies working up a sweat whilst making money for a fantastic cause.

The event has been organised by local resident Beth Roche, who has dedicated the 12 months of 2013 to complete 12 challenges in order to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
