Free cuppas to celebrate National Tea Day

Brits drink 36 billion cups of tea every year* with at least one cup of tea enjoyed daily by 79 percent of brits, and almost 50 percent admitting to loving sipping on multiple cuppas every day, according to new research by tea mixologists Bird & Blend Tea Co.

Over 900,000 people in the South West of England are at risk of food poisoning from pink burgers at Bank Holiday barbecues, according to research released today by the Food Standards Agency (FSA). The research reveals that despite 69% stating they are concerned about food poisoning, almost a third (29%) of people in the South West would eat a burger that isn’t fully cooked through. A once-vacant building in the heart of Ottery St Mary in East Devon has been given a new lease of life as a stylish café and children’s play kingdom.

Tickety-Boo is the brainchild of East Devon businessman Stuart Phillips, who came up with the concept after purchasing the old Millstone Bakery site in Mill Street.
