Eversfield Organic’s puppy stars in TV show

Now five months old, Eversfield Organic’s puppy Rusty is to star in episode two of Channel 5’s ‘The Secret Life of Puppies and Kittens’ on Thursday 5th May at 9pm.

Rusty’s proud owners are Eversfield Organic’s marketing director, Anna Bury, and her partner Jon Elliot.

Rusty, who is the puppy of Anna’s family Labrador, Heidi, was filmed from 10 weeks old at one of the most important stages of his life as he leaves his mother to live with Anna and Jon.

The show will follow lively pup Rusty as he grows up, through secret cameras placed around the house, and on Eversfield Organic’s working farm, based near Bratton Clovelly, Okehampton.

Anna Bury, commenting on the show, says: “We’re so excited to be involved in the show and to see how Rusty really acts when our eyes aren’t on him.”

Anna continues: “Growing up on a farm, he’s constantly surrounded by other animals, both pets and livestock and the show was really keen to see how he interacts with them all.”

Over 1.34 million people viewed the first episode of the show. It has been pick of the day in television guides, and has already been trending on Twitter.

This new magical series reveals what it’s like to be a puppy and a kitten during the most important, experimental year of their lives — from the moment they are born to their first birthdays.
