Buyer interest is high in The Point, Exmouth as the building frame reaches the halfway stage.

Over 35 people attended a special preview event for The Point. They were treated to the first view of a special interactive video showing how the apartments will look when completed.

The steel frame rising on the quayside at Exmouth has now reached the 10 metre or 3rd storey level with completion of the 14 waterside apartments scheduled for the end of the year.

Chris Fayers, Director at developers Eagle One Homes, commented: “The Point is the last set of apartments to be built at Exmouth Quay. The fourteen high-quality, architect designed, apartments will be built in a sweeping curve and give views of the sea, the Exe estuary and the Dawlish Warren nature reserve. It has to be one of the best views in Devon.”

The apartment complex will consist of a mix of one, two and three bedroom homes arranged over four storeys. The building will have two stunning penthouses with expansive glass walls on the top floor whilst the ground floor will feature three retail units.

The complex can be viewed in detail at http://www.thepoint-exmouth.co.uk/
