George has a new Channel 4 programme which focuses on transforming ugly properties into beautiful, contemporary homes.

And he is looking for Exeter residents to take part.

After making three successful series of Build A New Life for Five from 2003 to 2006, George became the face of architecture at Channel 4.

He was born and raised in Sunderland and from the age of 12 wanted to be an architect. He studied architecture at the University of Newcastle and later at The Bartlett, University College London.

George has is passionate about the way architecture can transform our everyday lives and his aim is to make architecture popular and accessible to everyone, while at the same time creating award winning homes for his clients.
